Returns and Refunds Policy

30-day returns for physical goods. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving a physical item.

Return eligibility

Returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them: unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase. We may ask for photos of the item to help assess its condition.

How to request a return

Contact us at jenpo.zhan@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide the return address and instructions after we confirm eligibility. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Damage, defects, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Digital products and non-returnable items

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, digital PDFs, complete digital packs, and other digital content are generally non-refundable once they have been downloaded, accessed, or delivery has begun. Free samplers do not create a right to a refund. Customised, personalised, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive items may also be non-returnable.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved physical return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time. Whether original shipping and return shipping charges are refunded depends on applicable law and the circumstances of the order.

Cancellations and EU consumer rights

You may request cancellation within 15 minutes of placing an order. For physical goods sold to consumers in the European Union, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt, subject to legal exceptions. For digital content, this right may not apply where you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
